Pressed Fu is a traditional Japanese wheat gluten made from wheat flour and protein. Firm and smooth, it holds its shape when boiled or simmered, perfect for hot pots, sukiyaki, oden, or stir-fries. Additive-free, plant-based, high in protein, and shelf-stable, it’s a healthy, long-lasting food for all ages.

Instructions

Sukiyaki: Cook with beef, vegetables, and sukiyaki sauce.
