Instructions

To use as a bath additive, sprinkle 30g (2 scoops) into 180–200L of bathwater and stir well before soaking.

To make a clay mask, combine 30g of the product with 100g of water in a container and mix until smooth (some lumps are fine), then refrigerate for 48 hours.

Apply the mask or pack to areas such as the back, stomach, buttocks, chest, arms, hands, upper arms, soles of feet, toes, shins, and calves.

After use, rinse thoroughly and lock in moisture with lotion or emulsion.
